We are thrilled to share that Abilities First, Inc. Schools has been awarded a significant grant from the Special Services for Brilliant Achievements, (SSBA), to further support children with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community.

The SSBA Connectivity Grant award for educationThe process of facilitating learning, or the acquisition of knowledge, skills, values, beliefs and habits. We believe all children and adults can benefit from quality education. services is $24,786. The funds received will enable us to enhance our use of technology in the classroom and implement innovative teaching with the purchase of additional smart boards for classrooms and invest in specialized resources tailored to meet the unique needs of our exceptional learners.

This grant is a testament to our commitment to providing an inclusive and nurturing environment for every student. We are grateful for the continued support of our school’s community, and we are excited about the positive impact this grant will have on the lives of our students and their families.
