New Name: Community Connections

The new name captures the essence of what our program stands for, to foster inclusivity, promote collaboration, and enhance the overall sense of community belonging of our individuals.

Please note that this name change is purely cosmetic and does not affect the core functionality or accessibility of the program. Our website, collateral, and all relevant materials will be updated to reflect this change, and you can continue to expect the same level of quality and support you have come to rely on.
