Join Abilities First as we celebrate our 2019 Honorees, the Poughkeepsie Galleria and Craig Irwin, with an evening of music and magic. This memorable event is a continual flow of cocktails, passed hors d’oeuvres and tasting stations, paired with a high-energy performance from Soulsystem Orchestras, to keep you on the dance floor.

Then illusionist Chris Dare will make you believe that anything is possible with his special brand of performance art to ensure an unforgettable and remarkable experience. His new show REMARKABLE is being developed exclusively for this event!

Your contribution will make an impact on 1,400 children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Hudson Valley. A portion of your ticket is tax-deductible.

The Signature Event Auction will run from October 10, 2019 to October 18, 2019.

Auction items include an exotic vacation getaway, sports memorabilia, salon and DJ services, hotel accommodations, artwork and so much more!

Bidding is open to ALL; attendance at the Signature Event is not required. There will be no paper bid sheets at the event; only online bidding and mobile bidding will be available.

Proceeds benefit the programs and services of Abilities First. Founded in 1962, Abilities First is a nonprofit organization serving the needs of the community, as well as those with developmental disabilities, from pre-school through adulthood. Abilities First has had a long-term commitment of providing a cohesive culture of compassion, empowerment and respect for people with a variety of disabilities through early intervention, educational, vocational, residential and habilitation services. It presently serves over 1,400 children and adults throughout the Hudson Valley region of New York State. AF is accredited for the person-centered care by the Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL).
