AT HOME RESIDENTIAL HABILITATION QUESTIONS

What are the eligibility requirements for receiving this service?           
Participants must receive Medicaid Waiver.

What kind of screening do your employees go through?           
Personal, criminal and driver’s license screening is a requirement of employment for all Abilities First staff.  Direct care staff is also required to attend state regulated trainings on issues relative to their field of work. In addition, all new At Home Res Hab staff receive ongoing “on the job” mentoring by senior staff.

Do you provide transportation?           
Yes.

Am I able to choose my own schedule of services? Res Hab provider?
Scheduling is a collaborative agreement between consumer, family and provider. Res Hab providers are generally assigned.
