    What are the eligibility requirements for receiving this service?            
    Participants must receive Medicaid Waiver.

    What kind of screening do your employees go through?            
    Personal, criminal, NYS Justice Center,  and driver's license screening is a requirement of employment for all Abilities First staff.  Direct care staff is also required to attend state regulated trainings on issues relative to their field of work. In addition, all new Com Hab staff receive ongoing "on the job" mentoring by senior staff.

    Yes.

    Am I able to choose my own schedule of services? Com-Hab provider?
    Scheduling is a collaborative agreement between participant, family and provider. Families are able to recommend their own Provider. If they do not have a resource, a Com-Hab Provider will be assigned
